Megan

Taking pictures of Megan reminded me how much I love seniors! She was tons of fun and was up for anything I asked. We explored a lot of downtown areas and found some great photo spots. I am blown away by her beauty....I can't wait to use some of these photos on my website and new business cards!

Baby Jack

I fell in love with this little baby. Jack's mom, Amy, has been my little sister's good friend since they were in elementary school, so it was neat to see her with her own little baby now. Amy and her husband are so in love - he was so kind and helpful with both of them. Jack was still pretty cuddly and slept pretty well for us - even though mom and dad had to sing 100 rounds of "You are My Sunshine" between each shot. Isn't he precious?

My favorite client...

This is, of course, my most favorite client - my Natalie! I can't believe she is four. I have done everything in my power to keep her a baby. I still rock her to sleep, let her sleep with me, dress her every morning and carry her around everywhere. But no matter what I do, she is still growing up. She is SO happy and has such a carefree spirit. She loves to dance, make up songs and laugh. She is my youngest, and I am treasuring every moment with her. Isn't she beautiful!

Baby Dane (and his dog Macy)

I really enjoyed meeting Dane today. Dane was a preemie - but you wouldn't know it from looking at him! He was very healthy and strong. He didn't want to sleep much, but we got some great pictures anyway. I loved talking to both of his parents. I also took some pictures with the family dog - Macy. Dogs and newborns don't always go well together (umm...actually, never before for me) but this dog was amazingly well-behaved!

Baby Cooper

I really enjoyed meeting Cooper. His brother Jay has been in front of my lens several times since he was a newborn too. Cooper was very cuddly and slept well and even smiled for a few shots. He has great parents and is very blessed!

Chris

Chris was the first senior boy I've been able to photograph this year. Sometimes boys are a little more nervous and uptight, but Chris was very relaxed. I enjoyed learning about his hobby as a storm chaser and asked a ton of questions. I'm always fascinated by those crazy guys on TV who are out photographing tornados and thoughts of the movie Twister always flash through my mind. Good luck Chris! Luckily, living in Oklahoma will give your career a lot of business!

Best Friends

This was a fun one for me! These girls were true best friends and wanted some fun pictures together. They really reminded me of my days with my best friend Heather. We met in 7th grade too and are still the best of friends.  

Mikenna

Aww! I've been shooting Mikenna since she was first born, and she has grown up so much! She is so funny and has so much personality. She loved ordering mom and dad around during this session. I'm not sure exactly what they were doing behind me, but she kept yelling "spank mama butt" and apparently they would comply. She burst out in giggles and we got great shots. She always has the cutest outfits and has great smiles to go with them.
