Marek

I fell in love with baby Marek! His brother Brody just celebrated his first birthday, so mom is going to have her hands full soon! Marek is definitely chubbier than brother was/is and I love his little rolls....even on his eyelids. Brody wouldn't stop kissing him. I just held him and held him during the session (even got to feed him)....I'm sure Katy was wondering if I was ever going to get around to taking pictures! 

JC

Wow how six months can change a child! JC is one of my all-time favorite little clients. But SO different from his first birthday pictures! Last fall (and every other session) JC would sit and smile at me, flirt and giggle, raise his eyebrows, etc. Now that he is 18 months old, he has a different idea! He did not want to sit still, but instead would rather run, sprint, crawl or jump.....any other direction than my camera! My favorite picture of him is his dad shaking him upside down. He also had this really funny (forgive me Jazmine...) mini-fit developing. It was funny to be on my side of the lens, since I've been on the other side before (3 times, actually!) I love you JC! Thanks for letting me capture these silly memories too...

Best Friends

My niece Machayla has been asking me for months to do a fun glamour friend photo session with her best friend Katelyn. We had a lot of fun. The girls had tons of inside jokes that make them giggle and laugh together. They were such great friends! Machayla is lucky to have a friend like her.

Seth

This has been such a great month of birthdays! I couldn't believe how much my little Seth was walking. His parents brought along a favorite walker toy that made him crack up and giggle whenever he saw it.  He was so fast walking behind that thing! My trigger finger had to be super fast to keep up with him. I have enjoyed getting to know his wonderful family this year. I hope you have a great year #2. Happy Birthday Seth!

Baby Aydan

Sweet baby Aydan. He did such a great job and never really cried the entire session. He just let me mold him and bend him however I wanted! Even over the top of a basket covered by a quilt his aunt made from important pieces of fabric (like grandpa's hanky). Isn't that so cool? I also love the abundance of wrinkles and skin this baby has! 

Megan

Taking pictures of Megan reminded me how much I love seniors! She was tons of fun and was up for anything I asked. We explored a lot of downtown areas and found some great photo spots. I am blown away by her beauty....I can't wait to use some of these photos on my website and new business cards!

Baby Jack

I fell in love with this little baby. Jack's mom, Amy, has been my little sister's good friend since they were in elementary school, so it was neat to see her with her own little baby now. Amy and her husband are so in love - he was so kind and helpful with both of them. Jack was still pretty cuddly and slept pretty well for us - even though mom and dad had to sing 100 rounds of "You are My Sunshine" between each shot. Isn't he precious?
